Results of Extraordinary General Meeting held on 19 May 2009

Keydata AIM VCT plc has announced that the shareholders have resolved at an extraordinary general meeting to pass all resolutions proposed in a circular dated 9 April 2009.

Copies of the resolutions passed at the extraordinary general meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority’s Document Viewing Facility, and will be available for inspection shortly.
