On 11 December 2009, Anne Minto, a PDMR of the Company, exercised Sharesave options over 4,412 Centrica plc Ordinary 6¹⁴/₈₁ pence shares at an option price of 211.87p per share. Her total interest in shares following this transaction is 433,682 shares (0.008% of the issued share capital).
