Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focussed on natural resources and infrastructure projects in Africa, announces that Mr. Hartley Dikgale, having come to the end of his two year period of tenure, is stepping down as a non-executive director in order to concentrate on his other business interests. He will step down from the Board with effect from 1 August 2013.

Peter Marks, Chairman of Armadale, said, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hartley for his advice to the Company to date. On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish him well in his future endeavours as we move Armadale into its next phase of growth, investing in and developing a portfolio of investments focussed on the natural resources and/or infrastructure sectors.”
