The Company received a notification today from AXA Investment Managers UK
Limited on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies, informing it that as at
14 February 2005 they had a beneficial interest in 13,621,432 ordinary shares
representing 9.35% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company that is
currently 145,677,564 shares.
