The Company has received notification from MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited, the Trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), that on 13 April 2026 the following Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the SIP as detailed below. 'Partnership shares' were purchased at a price of £3.7881 per share.

The table sets out both the number of partnership shares purchased and the number of matching shares that were allocated for nil consideration.
