Notice of Results

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the television and content production group, is pleased to announce that it has been recommissioned by the BBC for a second series of The Celebrity Inner Circle for BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

The recommission sees the series extended to 8 x 45' episodes, up from 6 episodes in the first series, reflecting the show's strong performance and the BBC's confidence in the format.

The Celebrity Inner Circle is a returnable quiz format hosted by Amanda Holden, combining celebrity talent with members of the public in a high-stakes quiz environment. The recommission marks continued progress in Zinc's strategy to grow its entertainment output as a core pillar of the Group, alongside factual and branded content.

The series is produced by Tern, Zinc Media Group's label in Scotland, with Zinc retaining rights in the programme and underlying format.  The series will be sold internationally by BBC Studios, creating a clear pathway to additional long-term value through global distribution and format sales alongside primary UK commissions.

This recommission further strengthens Zinc's portfolio of returning IP, supporting greater revenue visibility and underpinning the Group's strategy to build scalable formats with international potential.

Mark Browning, CEO of Zinc Media Group, said:

"This recommission demonstrates our ability to originate and scale returning entertainment formats, supporting our strategy of building a portfolio of high-quality, repeatable IP.

Alongside UK commissions, the involvement of BBC Studios as global distributor provides a clear pathway to international IP revenues, reinforcing the long-term value potential of our content and the increasing visibility of earnings across the Group."
