New £3m Revolving Credit Facility and further £1m of new business secured for FY26

 

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio production group, is pleased to announce that it has signed terms with Lloyds Bank plc for a new £3.0 million revolving credit facility (the "Facility").

 

The Facility has a three-year term and includes an option, subject to lender approval, to increase the Facility by a further £2.0 million. It will further strengthen the company's balance sheet and provide flexibility to support the Group's ambitious growth strategy and short-term working capital requirements.

 

In addition, the Group is pleased to announce it has secured a further £1m of new business since the last update on 21st May, which includes the recommission of the BBC ONE series Sunday Morning Live, which is returning for its 17th season.
