Zenith Energy (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT: ZENA SDR), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce the following information as of today's date.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and sections 3.10 and 3.11.5(3) of Part II of the Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book, following the completion in Norway of the equity issuance announced on 21 July 2026, the Company's issued share capital comprises 764,756,457 Common Shares, each carrying one voting right. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 764,756,457.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
