Zegona Communications plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 27 November 2025, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited for the period from 5 - 8 May 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 226,688,802 Ordinary Shares in issue.
