FY26 Full Year Results

Zegona publishes:

·    its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 which is available on Zegona's website: https://www.zegona.com/investor-relations/annual-report-and-accounts.aspx

·    Vodafone Spain's FY26 results presentation.  This presentation is for professional investors and is available at: https://www.zegona.com/investor-relations/results-and-presentations/rp-2026.aspx

Zegona announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 9.00 am BST on Thursday 30 July 2026.  A Circular to Shareholders  containing the AGM Notice has been posted today.  Details on each of the Resolutions to be put forward at the AGM are set out in the Circular.

A copy of the Annual Report and the AGM Notice have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
