Lifting of Suspension

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc announces that the Company's listing on the equity shares (international commercial companies secondary listing) category of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange has been restored.

The restoration of the listing of the Company's Class B ordinary shares of ZMK 10 each ("Ordinary Shares") occurred at 7:30am today, 5 October 2026.
