Yorkshire Building Society (the "Society") announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Tom Ranger, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Society to pursue another opportunity.

The process to appoint a successor will now commence. Tom will continue to perform his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer until at least the end of the year.
