Listing Rule 6.4.9R Disclosure

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R, XPS Pensions Group plc announces that Michelle Cracknell, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from her position as Independent Non-Executive Director of Just Group plc, effective 1^st April 2026. In addition, Michelle will also step down from her role as Independent Non-Executive Director at PensionBee Group plc, effective 14 May 2026.
