The Company announces that, on 7 August 2026, Paul Cuff and Ben Bramhall (Co-Chief Executive Officers and PDMRs) sold 319,195 and 302,077 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 340.06p per Ordinary Share.

Both Co-Chief Executive Officers continue to maintain material holdings in the Company. Paul Cuff retains 455,962 Ordinary Shares and Ben Bramhall retains 455,204 Ordinary Shares, equal to 310% and 309% of salary respectively. Both Co-Chief Executive Officers also continue to hold 600,799 unvested options, as a result of in-flight awards granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan.
