XPS Group announces that, on 20 July 2026, Michelle Cracknell, Independent Non-Executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 5,979 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 332.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
