Xaar the leading inkjet printing technology group, announces that it has today published the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report"), which contains the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at 11:00am (BST).

The 2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available to view on the Group's website at https://www.xaargroup.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the 2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM will be shortly uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available in unedited full text at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
