Admission of further securities to trading

Xaar plc, (the "Company"), a leading inkjet printing technology group, makes the following announcement.

It has come to the Company's attention that application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of certain further issues of securities by the Company was not made. Notwithstanding the failure to apply for the admission to trading of these securities, all public disclosures by the Company, including in the Company's announcements of its Total Voting Rights (the most recent being 11 August 2026), have referred to the Company's full issued share capital and have therefore been correct.

Accordingly, so as to ensure the number of shares admitted to trading by the London Stock Exchange matches the Company's fully issued share capital, the Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the further admission of 5,801,597 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The information required by The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R follows below.
