STRONG LETTINGS PROGRESS AT THE CENTRO BUILDINGS IN CAMDEN

 

Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace'), London's leading provider of sustainable, flexible workspace, has signed a new five-year lease agreement with the North London NHS Foundation Trust at The Centro Buildings in Camden. The letting is for 16,000 sq. ft. at a net rent of £45 per sq. ft. and is the latest in a series of large space lettings completed at the Camden site, following the vacation of WinTech earlier this year.

 

The agreement comes as Workspace has completed the refurbishment of Centro Workshops (previously known as Atelier House), one of The Centro Buildings, which included the creation of 40 new small units to cater for Camden's creative and innovative SMEs. Eleven of these units are already let or under offer - an unprecedented early level of commitment that underlines the strength of demand for Workspace's offer.
