Wise Group plc accedes as guarantor to the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Further to the announcement on 11 May 2026 relating to the Court's sanction of the scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 by which the Company has been inserted as Wise's ultimate parent company, notice is hereby given that the following accession by the Company has taken effect. With effect on and from 14 August  2026, as a guarantor under Wise Financing plc's £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") and the £250,000,000 5.100 per cent. notes due 25 November 2030, guaranteed on a joint and several basis by Wise Limited (formerly Wise plc) and certain subsidiaries of Wise Limited issued under the Programme (the "Notes").

Wise Limited will remain a guarantor in respect of the Programme and the Notes.
