Half Year Trading Update for the six months ended 30 June 2026

Delivering growth through continued investment in the Prize Draw Competitions segment and strong performance in the Online Gaming segment

Winvia Entertainment (AIM: WVIA), a technology-led entertainment business, focused on prize draw and online gaming, today announces an update on trading for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (''HY26'').

The Group has delivered a performance in the period in line with its plans and expects to report adjusted EBITDA of approximately £17.2m, ahead of the same period last year (HY25: £16.0m). This pleasing result has been achieved against a background of increased investment in marketing for new BOTB subscribers which at the end of June has led to monthly recurring revenue covering all prize costs, a milestone achieved well ahead of schedule. With further growth set to be delivered across the business, the Group is on track to deliver full year results in line with market expectations1.

Prize Draw Competitions

The Group continued to deliver strong customer engagement during the six-month period, supported by ongoing investment in marketing and prizes to drive future growth and market share. This resulted in a record number of monthly paying users and record conversion levels, with active customers increasing by 11% compared with the prior period. Alongside this, the Group's subscription offering, BOTB Pass, has continued to perform above management expectations, with recurring subscription revenues now representing in excess of 35% of monthly BOTB revenues as of 30 June 2026.

Online Gaming

In the Online Gaming segment, the Group continues to deliver a positive performance across key performance metrics, underpinning a healthy financial performance in the first half of 2026. Customer deposits by value have increased significantly, driven by growth in the established own brand and white label units, alongside continued growth in the B2B stream.

Post period

The acquisition of Rev Comps has been completed and migrated onto the Group's proprietary technology platform.

The Group has partnered with Aston Villa Football Club to launch "Villa Win", which marked the Group's first B2B partnership in the Prize Draw Competitions segment.

Discussions with additional potential B2B partnerships are advancing and the Group continues to engage with multiple potential acquisition targets as part of its 'roll up' strategy in the highly fragmented UK Prize Draw market.

The Group expects to announce its interim results in the second half of September 2026.

Mihai Manoila, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"The Group entered the period with significant momentum from the prior year and has delivered a strong performance in H1. Notably, the exceptional growth of our subscription product has significantly reshaped the prize draw segment, increasing subscriber numbers and creating long-term recurring revenue.

The increased investment in marketing and prizes in the existing brands, and the migration of both Click Competitions and Rev Comps onto the proprietary technology platform, will drive future growth and allow the Group to realise operational synergies through our in-house capabilities.

Momentum has continued into the second half, supported by the completion of the Rev Comps acquisition and our B2B partnership with Aston Villa Football Club. Alongside this, we continue to engage with a number of potential M&A targets and B2B partnerships in the Prize Draw Competitions segment. We are well positioned to maintain this momentum through the second half and remain firmly on track to deliver full year expectations".

1 The Group believes that the market expectation for the year ending 31 December 2026 is Adjusted EBITDA of £37.1 million.

All figures, including percentage movements, are subject to rounding.

About Winvia Entertainment

Winvia Entertainment plc (AIM: WVIA) is a technology-led entertainment business, focused on two discrete fast-growing channels, being the large and highly fragmented UK Prize Draw market and the regulated Romanian online gaming market. Underpinning both channels is the proprietary Technology Platform, which has a track-record of supporting growth and operational improvement.

Winvia Entertainment is the second largest (by market share) Prize Draw operator in the UK (London Economics report for the Department for Media, Culture and Sport, June 2025) where players play for a range of prizes including cars, luxury watches, holidays, gadgets, properties and other items. The Group currently owns three Prize Draw brands, Best of the Best, Click Competitions and the recently acquired Rev Comps.

The Group's Romanian Online Gaming business is well established growing, profitable and highly cash generative. The Group operates a multi-brand strategy including own brands, such as Princess Casino, Royal Slots and Luck, a number of white label brands and an expanding B2B business.

The Group's newly built innovative proprietary technology platform is a key strength of the business. It has been built in-house, with significant investment and its application to date has significantly improved key performance metrics.

The Group's near-term growth plans are primarily focused on the highly fragmented, fast-growing UK Prize Draw market in which there are strong organic growth opportunities in addition to a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions that can leverage the Technology Platform.
