Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimisation solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces that by mutual agreement Søren Belmar is to step down as Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, effective from today.

The Company also announces the appointment of Flemming Hållén-Kragh as Finance Director, a non-Board position, commencing from 16 September 2026. Søren has agreed to remain with the business for a handover period of up to two weeks, to ensure continuity across the Group's finance function.

Resident in Copenhagen, Flemming Hållén-Kragh, aged 59, brings 40 years of international experience in finance, auditing and consultancy. During his career he has held senior positions across a range of industries, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, he was Group Finance Manager at Toms Gruppen A/S, where he established and led a shared service centre in Poland, managed the closure of the group's activities in Germany, and led the accounting, transfer pricing and tax compliance functions. Prior to this he served as Group Finance Manager at Allianceplus, a Scandinavian facilities management group.

He holds an MSc in Auditing and a BA in Finance and Accounting, both from Copenhagen Business School.
