Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimisation solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, is pleased to announce the conditional appointment of Tove Feld as Senior Independent Director.

Tove has over 30 years of operational experience in global energy and infrastructure. A former senior executive at Ørsted, Siemens Gamesa, and DNV, she has led strategic transformation and innovation across renewables. Tove currently serves on multiple boards including Stockholm Exergi Holding AB and TRIG, The Renewables Infrastructure Group. She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Aalborg University and an Executive MBA from IMD.

On appointment, Tove will also become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Tove's appointment is conditional upon and will become effective from the date of admission of the new Ordinary Shares of the Company to trading on AIM pursuant to the proposed Fundraising (as also announced today by the Company).
