Year-end trading update

 

Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL, 'Wilmington', 'the Group') the GRC RegTech services group, today provides a trading update for the year ended 30 June 2026.

 

Revenue growth from the Group's ongoing* businesses is expected to be in the order of 37%, led by the recent acquisition of Conversia, which is expected to deliver more than 20% growth on a like-for-like basis. Eight out of nine ongoing* businesses grew year on year. Reported revenue is expected to be £120.0m (2025: £89.7m), with organic** revenue increasing by approximately 4%.

 

Operating profit from ongoing* businesses is expected to be up 32%, total adjusted*** profit before tax is expected to be at least £31.0m (2025: £27.7m), slightly ahead of expectations.

 

Group net debt**** on 30 June 2026 at £53.1m (30 June 2025: net cash £42.2m) is less than 1.7 times EBITDA and down from £65.0m and 1.98 times EBITDA as at 31 December 2025.

 

Wilmington expects to publish its year end results on 29 September 2026.
