Notice of year-end results and presentation on Conversia

Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL, 'Wilmington' or 'the Group') the provider of data, information, education and training services in the global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) markets, will be publishing its results for the year to 30 June 2026 on Tuesday 29 September 2026.

There will be an online and in-person results presentation, including a detailed update on the Group's RegTech platform strategy, for analysts and institutional investors at 9.30am at Berenberg's offices, 60 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8HP.

At 10.45am, there will also be a presentation by the management team of Conversia, the Group's recently acquired Spanish business.
