Provisional plan re Company's proposed move to the Aquis Growth Market

Wildcat Gold Plc ("Wildcat" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the Company's proposed admission to trading of its shares on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market ("Aquis").

The Company expects to follow the following timetable:

1)   3 August 2026: Wildcat announces its intention to cancel its main market listing and that it will fast track to Aquis on 31 August 2026.

 

2)   17 August 2026: Wildcat publishes its Admission Announcement and Aquis publishes the Application notice.

 

3)   1 September 2026. Cancellation of Main Market Listing and Admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange. First Dealing Day on the new exchange.

 

·    During this time-frame, new board members will be announced as well as sufficient funds raised to satisfy Aquis admission requirements.

These dates are provisional and could be subject to change.
