Wildcat Gold Rush
Gold opportunities. African potential.
SHAREHOLDER NEWSLETTER / OCTOBER 2026

Welcome to Wildcat Gold Rush. After more than five years as a listed company, I am determined to move Wildcat forward with renewed energy and a clear African gold strategy. Shareholders want progress, and our task is to turn that ambition into a business built on sound projects and disciplined decisions.
Our plan is clear: source, evaluate and procure African gold projects, with gold processing at the centre of our approach. Dr Madani Diallo's African mining experience and James Knowles's commercial and listed-company background strengthen our ability to pursue that plan and challenge the assumptions behind each opportunity.
We will apply that experience with purpose, assess the technical and commercial fundamentals and establish the funding and approvals needed to move suitable projects forward. I remain committed to building Wildcat's next chapter and keeping shareholders informed as we work towards it.
Our refreshed identity and planned new website will give Wildcat a consistent, professional presentation that reflects this direction. We will bring together our strategy, Board experience and company announcements, supported by clearer shareholder updates and a stronger social media presence across all channels.
Thank you for your continued interest and support.
Mandhir Singh
On behalf of the Board
The experience supporting our gold focus
The appointments of Dr Madani Diallo and James Knowles add African mining experience and listed-company commercial oversight to the Board, working alongside Mandhir Singh and the wider team.
Executive Director
Dr Diallo brings more than 40 years of experience across mineral exploration, mine development and operations. His career spans public service, technical work with the United Nations and roles with BHP and AngloGold Ashanti.
His career includes involvement with major West African gold mines in Mali: Morila Gold Mine - 7.5 million ounces of cumulative output; Sadiola Gold Mine - 8.8 million ounces of cumulative output, with approximately 6.8 million ounces of Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves reported at 31 December 2025; and Yatela Gold Mine - 1.6 million ounces of cumulative output.
Founder and president of natural resources consultancy Maklay SAS, he has also served on the boards of Oklo Resources and Compass Gold. His contribution to Mali's mining industry was recognised with appointment as Chevalier de l'Ordre National in 1997.
At Wildcat, his technical input will help the Board understand the geological evidence, processing options and operating requirements behind potential projects.
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
James is co-founder and Executive Chairman of First Class Metals plc, the Main Market-listed gold and critical metals explorer focused on Ontario, Canada. His recent executive work combines project advancement with financing, corporate development and widening investor access.
During 2026, FCM secured full ownership of Kerrs Gold and completed an agreement with nGRND establishing a potential route to non-dilutive funding while retaining the underlying asset. It also completed its earn-in to an 80% interest in Zigzag. These developments demonstrate the commercial work involved in consolidating project ownership and creating options to realise value from an exploration portfolio.
FCM completed a £1 million fundraising in June 2026 and commenced US trading on OTCID in October, broadening access for American investors. Alongside this corporate progress, its technical team advanced Sunbeam through drilling and systematic exploration, reporting a new visible-gold occurrence in October. James's role is to support this work through Board leadership, funding strategy and investor engagement.
At Wildcat, James brings this current experience of financing exploration, structuring transactions and building a broader investor base. His independent Board role will focus on commercial assessment, capital allocation and scrutiny of project terms, helping turn the Company's African gold strategy into a practical, funded plan.
Our plan for African gold projects
Wildcat's focus going forward will be to source, evaluate and procure African gold projects, with an emphasis on gold processing. Our approach combines the Board's commercial oversight with Dr Madani Diallo's African exploration, mine development and operating experience, including roles with BHP and AngloGold Ashanti and involvement with Morila, Sadiola and Yatela in Mali. Sudan also remains part of our previously announced African focus.
We intend to use the team's industry relationships and local contacts to identify projects that fit the processing strategy. Initial screening will consider the availability of gold-bearing material, the proposed ownership or contractual structure, access to infrastructure and the quality of the information available.
Opportunities that pass initial screening would undergo a more detailed review. This would consider geological evidence, feedstock rights and continuity of supply, metallurgical testwork and recovery assumptions. The commercial review would address operating costs, permitting, environmental requirements, counterparties and funding needs.
For opportunities that meet the required standards, the next stage would be to negotiate suitable acquisition, participation or contractual terms. Any commitment would remain subject to appropriate due diligence, approvals and funding. The intention is to establish a credible route to development before committing shareholder capital.
We will keep shareholders informed as this strategy progresses, with material developments communicated through formal market announcements.
Proposed move to Aquis
The proposed move to the Aquis Stock Exchange has been delayed and is now expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Company intends to begin the transfer process, with further announcements to be made in due course.
