Wildcat Gold Plc is happy to announce the appointment of Dr Madani Diallo as a technical advisor to the board with regard to the evaluation of gold projects in the Republic of Sudan. On successful admission onto the Aquis Exchange and completion of initial gold project Dr Diallo will officially join the board in a formal executive role (*)

Dr Diallo is a very experienced Malian mining executive who currently the founder and president of natural resource consultancy company, Maklay SAS. He has worked in many African countries with particular expertise in mineral management & development.

During his career Dr Diallo has worked in many roles both in the public and private sector. He has worked as a civil servant, technical expert to the United Nations as well managerial roles within large multi-national mining companies such as BHP & AngloGold Ashanti.

Dr Diallo has been responsible for the discovery, development and running of some of the biggest gold mining project in West Africa. For example, Dr Diallo has been associated with the following gold mines

Morila Gold Mine - Cumulative output of 7.5 million ounces.

Sadiola Gold Mine - Cumulative output 8.8 million ounces. 6.8m oz Probable & Proven

Yatela Gold Mine - Cumulative output 1.6m oz

Through his professional contributions, Dr Diallo played an instrumental role in establishing Mali's mining industry making the country one of Africa's major gold producers. In recognition of his impact on the sector, he was appointed "Chevalier de l'Ordre National" in 1997.

Dr Diallo has also served on the board of ASX listed gold companies (Oklo Resources Ltd) and TSX gold companies (Compass Gold Corp).
