Wildcat is pleased to announce the appointment of Niclas Biornstad (NB) as Technical Advisor to the Board with respect to the evaluation and development of gold projects in The Republic of Sudan. On successful admission on to the Aquis Exchange and the completion of an initial gold project it is intended that NB will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director (*).

NB is a seasoned international natural resources executive and is Executive Director and co-founder of Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ), a listed Swedish natural resources company. NB brings extensive cross-continental experience spanning executive, operational, technical, commercial, and business development roles across both the minerals and upstream oil and gas sectors.

NB has a proven track record of building and leading operational teams, advancing projects from exploration through to production, and creating shareholder value across multiple jurisdictions. He combines a hands-on operational approach with strong commercial acumen, and is recognised for his expertise in frontier and emerging market environments with extensive considerable knowledge in the identification, evaluation, and budgeting of gold projects across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

·    He possesses experience of evaluating gold licences and negotiating license terms as well putting together field development and exploration plans.

·    He has experience of negotiating Net Smelter Royalty arrangements and other royalty structures for gold projects.

·    He has experience of raising funds for from private equity as well as public markets for natural resources projects.
