Notifications of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial

Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

The Company has been notified that on 23 April 2026, David Wood, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 947,404 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company to Rachel Wood for Nil consideration. Following the transfer, David Wood and his family's holding remain unchanged at 966,309 Shares, representing 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that on 24 April 2026, Mark George, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 336,629 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company to Romy George for Nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mark George and his family's holding remain unchanged at 336,629 Shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
