Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX) ("Wellnex Life" or the "Company") announces an update to the previously announced repayment of the loans to former directors totalling $2.88m (including interest), which were due for repayment by 20 April 2026. The Company and the former directors are in advanced discussions on agreeing an extension to the previously agreed deadlines and an update will be issued shortly.

This ASX/AIM announcement has been authorised by the Board of Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM:WNX).
