Posting of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum

Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX) (the "Company") announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 6 August 2026, the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and explanatory memorandum has been posted to shareholders.

The EGM will be held at Level 23, Rialto South Tower, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia, at 10:00 am AEST (1:00 am BST) on 8 September 2026. The purpose of the EGM is for the Company to seek the necessary shareholder approval required in connection with the Company's proposed sale and disposal of the Pain Away Business to Mentholatum Australasia Pty Ltd for the purposes of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules, and all other purposes.
