Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX) ("Wellnex Life" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Hilton Wood has been appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director of Wellnex Life, effective immediately.

Hilton is a senior banking and finance executive with over 30 years' experience across institutional banking, corporate relations, and international markets. He began his career at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, including as Head of Operations and Global Head of International Banking Partnerships within Institutional Banking, following which he moved to Arab Bank Australia, leading International Bank Relations and managing multinational corporate relationships. In 2012, Hilton established Doha Bank Qatar's presence in Australia and served as Chief Representative Officer for more than 10 years. After completing a Master of Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Hilton now consults to companies and sits on various private company boards across Agriculture, Fintech, and related financial services sectors.
