The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, following the issue of a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by Companies House, the Company's name has changed from The Weir Group PLC to Weir PLC with effect from 12 August 2026.

The Company's registered number remains SC002934.

The Company's ordinary shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker WEIR. There is no change to the Company's ISIN (GB0009465807), SEDOL, LEI or shareholder rights as a result of the name change. Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.
