Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) announces that, as at 31 March 2026, its issued share capital consisted of 256,831,410 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 256,831,410. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
