Further to its announcement on 27 July of the commencement of a share buyback programme (the "Programme"), Warpaint announces that it has purchased, through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, the following ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares purchased will be transferred into treasury.

Following the purchases, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
80,787,321 Ordinary Shares. The Company hold 377,270 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 80,410,051. This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
