Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today of the following transaction by Sean Kin Wai Lam, Chief Executive Officer, of the Company.

On 1 March 2019, Sean Kin Wai Lam purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam is 526,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
