Total Voting Rights 

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital as of 31 July 2026 comprised 695,751,013 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Eurowag is 695,751,013.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
