Appointment of Chief Pharmacy Officer

Vulcan Two Group plc, the Company building a leading regulated UK ePharmacy through acquisition and integration, announces the appointment of Declan Lismore as Chief Pharmacy Officer.

Declan is a registered pharmacist and  experienced pharmacy leader who brings significant expertise across regulated pharmacy, ePharmacy, compliance, operations and patient safety. Most recently, he provided healthcare consultancy services to pharmacies and online prescribing platforms.

He has held senior roles across a number of ePharmacy businesses, including Director of Pharmacy at Chemist4U and Chief Pharmacist at HeliosX Group, where he oversaw automation, regulation, and patient safety.

Earlier in his career, Declan gained valuable experience as Quality & Compliance Director and Superintendent Pharmacist at LloydsDirect, where he was part of the executive team that led the sale of the business from Aurelius to Pharmacy2U.

Declan is a Member of the Royal College of Pharmacy, a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (MPSI).

As Chief Pharmacy Officer, Declan will oversee the Group's dispensing, pharmacy operations, compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and regulatory relations.
