Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealing

 

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces that on 5 August 2026, it granted 3,630 options over new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain employees and directors of the Group under the Vp plc Save As You Earn scheme ("SAYE Scheme").

Participation in the SAYE Scheme has been made available to all employees of the Company who satisfy certain eligibility criteria. The following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company have elected to participate in the SAYE Scheme and their options are included in the total figures above.

The options vest after three years, subject to continue employment with the Group, and are exercisable at a price of 376 pence per share, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme representing a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 9 July 2026, being the last practicable day prior to the invitation made to all eligible employees on 10 July 2026.
