Vp plc, the specialist equipment rental group, is pleased to announce that Corinne Ripoche will be appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of Vp plc with effect from 1st September 2026.

 

Corinne has over 30 years' international leadership experience in both listed and private equity-backed businesses. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of ellio (previously known as Capita Experience, a division of Capita plc) and has held a number of senior executive roles in multinational organisations, including CEO, COO and international sales positions. She brings significant experience in driving growth and transformation across B2B services and technology-enabled businesses, with expertise in digital transformation, customer experience and board, investor and regulatory engagement.

 

As previously announced, Mark Bottomley is retiring from the Board and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, having served for more than three years. This will come into effect from 31st August 2026. Richard Smith will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and will work closely with Mark to ensure an orderly transfer of his responsibilities.
