Volex plc announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

Dates of purchase	20 July 2026 - 24 July 2026
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	530,000
Lowest price per share (pence):	506.00
Highest price per share (pence):	545.00
Weighted average price per day (pence):	518.17

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 183,847,640 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue of which none are held in Treasury.

The figure of 183,847,640 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 7 April 2026 (the "Programme").
