Director/PDMR Shareholding

Volex announces that on 18 September 2026, Lord Rothschild received 275,403 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Dave Webster received 887 Ordinary Shares, each at the reference price of 549.8 pence per share, through the scrip dividend scheme.

Following this issue, Lord Rothschild holds 47,676,013 Ordinary Shares¹, representing 26.14% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company and Dave Webster holds 153,304 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.084% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.  

¹Including those Ordinary Shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is the beneficial owner.
