Director/PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that it has been informed that a trust of which Lord Rothschild, Chief Executive Officer, is a beneficiary, but over which he has no control, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at an average price of 510 pence.  

Following these transactions, Lord Rothschild is interested in a total of 47,400,610 Ordinary Shares¹, (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing approximately 25.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

¹ Including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is the beneficial owner.
