Vodafone completes the acquisition of Skaylink

 

Further to the announcement on 30 October 2025, Vodafone Group Plc ("Vodafone") announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Skaylink GmbH for a total consideration of €175 million. The acquisition will accelerate Vodafone's growth in key areas, such as professional and managed services, cloud and security in Germany and across Europe.
