In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 January 2026, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 319,619,414 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 319,877,012 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 January 2026 is due to the cancellation of 262,041 shares as part of the Company's share buyback and the issue of 4,443 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
