The Company announces that on 18 September 2026 it purchased for treasury 25,138 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company at a price of 330.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has 18,414,346 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and 1,127,020 shares held in treasury.

In total, since its last Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 849,434 Ordinary Shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,414,346.
