As at 31 July 2026, being the last practicable date, the Company has 18,488,105 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and 1,053,261 shares held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,488,105 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
