As at 29 May 2026, being the last practicable date, the Company has 18,620,642 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and 920,724 shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,620,642 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
