Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 96,225 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

 

Admission is expected to become effective and trading is expected to commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00am on 21 May 2026. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

 

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy awards granted under the Victorian Plumbing Save As You Earn Plan ("SAYE") (FY23 Award), such Ordinary Shares to be issued and allotted to VG Corporate Trustee Limited, as trustee of the Victorian Plumbing Group Employee Benefit Trust.

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 328,865,293 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 328,865,293 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
