Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that on 15 July 2026, Daniel Barton (Chief Financial Officer) exercised options over 13,329 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.52p per share pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme (2023 Award) ("Exercise").

13,329 Ordinary Shares held in the Victorian Plumbing Group Employee Benefit Trust have been used to satisfy the Exercise.

In addition, the Company has been notified that, following the Exercise, Daniel Barton sold 13,329 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.20p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Daniel Barton holds 306,589 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR are set out below in relation to the transactions listed above
